Updated Cost for the school construction is $155,121 (19,718,985 Kenyan Shillings)
“The initial cost estimate for the school foundation, conducted in 2022 without site inspection, was $71,772.14. Prior to construction commencement in May 2023, soil samples were analyzed, revealing the presence of unstable Black Cotton Soil. To ensure the foundation’s integrity for the proposed structure, additional reinforcement and deeper excavation became necessary. The combined impact of increased reinforcement, deeper excavation, and inflationary pressures on materials and labor resulted in a revised cost estimate of $155,121, reflecting a $83,348.86 increase.
Previous Estimate: $71,772.14 (10,715,580 Kenyan Shillings)

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What will happen to the donations if the school isn’t built?

If the school cannot be built for some unforeseen reason, we will pray and ask God how to best use the money to serve the community in whatever way He sees fit.

2. What will happen to the children if the school doesn’t get built?

Nearby schools are available for a fee, so orphans with family members who can afford it may attend. However, those without the financial means may be deprived of an education and other needs. Without school, children become beggars in the street, turn to drugs and crime, and never reach their God-given potential.

3. Why is this location or mission critical?

Father Heart of God Ministries chose the area of Wagwe Kasipul, Kenya in the Rachuonyo district for the following reasons:

Great need for better education:

There are many children in the village without parents as a result of AIDS, other diseases, and natural disasters. These children may not have access to education without the help of organizations like Father Heart of God Ministries.

Personal connection:

The birthplace of George and his relatives is in Wagwe Kasipul, and we have a special place in our hearts for the people of this community.

Lack of Christian influence:

Father Heart of God Ministries wants to establish a positive, Christian-based ministry that will meet the needs of the children in the village and spread the love of God.

4. What am I providing for these children, if I donate to this ministry?

By supporting our ministry, you’re investing in children’s futures. You’re providing them with a strong Christian education and a nurturing, safe environment to thrive.
